New Faces on the Museum’s Board of Trustees

The Moab Museum proudly elected two new members to our Board of Trustees at the February Board Meeting: Lynn Wilson and Kay McConagha.

Lynn is the daughter of Bates and Robin Wilson and grew up on Professor Valley Ranch outside of Moab, Utah. She and her sister, Anne, cut their teeth on farming at the Ranch and camping in Canyonlands and Arches National Parks, where campfire stories recounted the adventures of exploring “the land in between.” After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Political Science, she began a career in the Information Technology (IT) Industry and has worked for Oracle for 24 years.  Lynn serves on the Friends of Arches & Canyonlands (FOAC) Board and, in her free time, enjoys exploring the red rocks of her childhood with her husband, Ben Fredregill, and their family.

Kay McConagha has lived in Flagstaff Arizona since 1994. Kay and Patrick have 2 children who were raised in Flagstaff (now living in Colorado and Utah) and are all soccer fanatics – including her 3 Australian Shepherds. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Clean Air Task Force, a nonprofit specializing in Climate Change Advocacy, where she brings over 35 years of financial, administrative, and operational management success in mission-focused and value-driven organizations. Kay has been heavily involved with several nonprofits in the Flagstaff community over the years and has a career-long passion for nonprofit organization success. She is a Certified Public Accountant (AZ, CO, TX), a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional. Kay has recently cycled off the Museum of Northern Arizona (MNA) Board of Trustees.
