“What She Wore” Seekhaven Pop Up

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and we’re teaming up with Seekhaven to host a “What She Wore” Exhibit on the Museum’s West Lawn on April 30th. Seekhaven will be on the lawn all day answering questions and hosting their “What Were You Wearing” Survey.

The event features survivor stories and outfits worn at the time of assault; this powerful display challenges harmful myths and raises awareness for sexual violence.

From 2-5pm, Seekhaven will also commemorate Denim Day: join us to decorate jeans with powerful messages and hang them in solidarity with survivors of sexual violence. Let your art be part of the movement. All materials and supplies are provided.
