Utah Museums Association: Sights & Insights
How do small museums really function? We’re getting a bit meta with this one, but for those who want a behind-the-scenes view at the work of museums in Utah, join Curatorial and Collections Manager Tara Beresh of the Moab Museum at Green River this Friday, July 26th for @utahmuseums Sights & Insights.
We’ll be joining staff from the John Wesley Powell River History Museum in Green River, Museum of the San Rafael, and the USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum in Price to discuss strategy and lessons learned regarding audience development and programming challenges as well as adaptations, successes, and other wins in the museum space!
Then continue to network with attendees at an optional pay-your-own-way dinner at Tamarisk (1710 E Main Street) following the event.
