Reading and Book Signing with Janisse Ray
Moab Museum and Red Cliffs Foundation are excited to announce that they will be hosting American writer and naturalist Janisse Ray for a special evening at Red Cliffs Lodge on Friday, November 10, 2023. Ms. Ray will share from her work "Wild Spectacle: Seeking Wonders in a World beyond Humans." Following her presentation guests are invited for a book signing. Moab Museum will have copies of her work for sale. This event is offered FREE to the public.
Janisse Ray will be leading a three-day intensive Wilderness Writing Retreat hosted by the Moab Museum, Red Cliffs Foundation, and Red Cliffs Lodge where participants will have an opportunity to build creativity and community and make deeper connections with nature and their potential as writers. Local author Robert Fulghum will be appearing as a guest speaker. A number of spots are still open for the retreat. Please consult the museum’s website for more information.
