Moab: The Center of the Uranium World with Tom Zoellner

On March 25, 6:30 pm at Star Hall, join the Moab Museum in welcoming author Tom Zoellner as he presents Moab: The Center of the Uranium World. Following the 1952 discovery of a massive uranium deposit south of Moab, the town skyrocketed to global import and attention. The first in a series of programs in conjunction with our newest exhibition, U92: Moab’s Uranium Legacy, Zoellner will discuss how Moab’s uranium boom shaped our town, and the nation, for better or worse.

Doors open at 6pm.
